During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.The site plan submitted shows the proposed locations of signs #1, #3 and #4 to be over the City sidewalk. A
separate Street Use Permit is required to place a sign over the City right-of-way.
Please refer to City handout #E75 - Street Use Permit on the Citys website www.ci.edmonds.wa.us
Select the Development Services Department and then Engineering Division. The Street Use Permit
Application can be found within the handout.
Please pay particular attention to the insurance requirements to ensure a complete submittal.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
