Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1) Please add the following information to the site plan. ■ Label as existing carport to be enclosed to garage and show breezeway created by enclosure. You may redline plans or resubmit three (3) new site plans scaled no smaller than 1"=20' and one on paper no larger than 8 %" x 14". 2) Plans submitted are stamped by a Washington State Licensed Architect. Because of copyright laws these plans can not be re -used and or altered without the permission of the architect. Please submit new plans or obtain permission to use these plans. 3) Exterior walls do not meet minimum wall bracing required by IRC 602.10. Provide lateral calculations stamped and signed by a Washington State Licensed Engineer or alter plans to meet minimum wall bracing requirements. 4) Please clarify if any of the existing support structure (roof, beams, posts, etc.) will be removed or altered. If so provide complete roof framing plans. 5) Provide foundation details for existing and proposed foundation. Per R403.1 a continuous foundation is required under all exterior walls. Clarify on the foundation plan that a continuous foundation exists or. is proposed complying with Chapter 4 of the rRC or provide calculations stamped and signed by a Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer_ 6) Provide a general floor plan showing the garage and adjoining rooms in the house as well as any openings. Bedrooms are not permitted to open into garages.
