corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) In addition to corrections sent September 17t4 please also provide as -built plans of the existing
garage including roof and wall framing, foundation plan, roof pitch, siding and roofing material,
etc, so we can determine if your proposal meets the intent of ECDC 17.40 for alteration of non-
conforming buildings.
