Project: Point Edwards — Rough Grading for Buildings 6, 7, and Amenities
Project Address: 21 & 31 & 41 Pine Street
During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please provide written responses to the comments
below and resubmit 3 sets of revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1. Per Ordinance 3663, rockeries are not permitted to retain fill and also cannot retain a
surcharge. A redesign is required for an approved retaining wall system., designed and
stamped by the structural engineer, including calculations.
2. Revise plans to include all rockeries and retaining walls on the subject sites. For example, on
site there is a rockery in front of Building 6 that is not shown on the plans. Also, see item 1
above.
3. Coordinate responses and revised plans with issues raised in plan review comments from
City staff for Amenities 2 (plan check 2007-0884).
4. Provide revised site plan (3 full-size copies and 1 reduced copy) for Buildings 6 & 7.
