Project: Retaining Wall Revision
Project Address: 8910 178th Place SW
During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications are needed.
1) Provide section detail from the foundation through all the retaining wall layers to show that no
surcharge is being placed from the foundation wall to the retaining wall or each retaining wall
from each other. If a surcharge is placed then calculations stamped and signed by a Washington
State Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
2) On the site plan clearly show that the distance between the retaining walls is not less than the
height of each lower wall.
