During re -review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed.
1) I2/12/07Please submit one site plan that shows everything. The plan submitted December 6
2007 shows fence and rockeries but is still missing minimum site plan requirements (i.e.
height calculations, setbacks, impervious surface, etc. Please submit one plan ("as-built'9
that shows all minimum site plan requirements. After doing an inspection on the home
yesterday and reviewing the final site plan submitted with this revision the plans still do not
accurately reflect the site (deck and fences behind the house, etc.). Please submit three "as -
built" site plans showing all structures, top of slope, landings, rockeries (top and bottom wall
elevations), fences (height and material), etc. One must be scaled no smaller that 1 "=20' and on
paper no larger than S %2" x 14".
