During review of the sukiect submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
Please show all existing utilities in the Site plan, i.e. water, sewer, natural gas. I have included a copy of
a side sewer asbuilt found in city files. Please note the city cannot guarantee the accuracy of this
document and it is up to the property owner to verify accuracy,
2. Is there a detention system in the property'? Please show on site plan if one exists. If one does not exists,
what are the downspouts currently connected to?
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
