During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please add the following information to the site plan.
■ 1/23/08 A site plan was submitted on December 28, 2007 with this information redlined
but then a new site plan was submitted January 18, 2008 which replaces the old one and it
does not have this information on it. Please add this to the most current site plan. Also,
make sure the impervious surface and lot coverage calculations are adjusted accordingly.
Sauna and covered porch is not shown on the site plan (area just north of garage). Please
show on the site plan and revise impervious surface and lot coverage calculations
accordingly.
You may redline plans or resubmit three (3) new site plans scaled no smaller than 1"=20' and
one on paper no larger than 8 %" x 14".
2) 1/23/07 based on some of the responses to the structural comments many beams are
supported with multiple studs ((4) or (G) 2x4). Engineer of Record please specify required
nailing of multiple studs. See attached structural comments from city consultant. Respond to
each item in writing.
