During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) 3/12/08 Please provide calculation for 4x12 floor beam with point loads from the double 2x6
supports between each window as redlined on the elevation view. Clearly show how loads from
the 3 %2" x 7 t/4" Roof beam is carried to bearing. All that is shown is one 4x6 posts at the porch
side.
