In regards to permit BLD20071228, site address 519 461 Ave S #B; the original
permit pulled was for "Electric to gas Tankless water heater 188K BTU in garage vented
to exterior wall, gas fireplace insert 30K BTU in living room vented to chimney, future
stub to BBQ, approx 100 feet new piping". Mr. Day has decided against the Tankless
Water heater at this time. If he chooses to add in the future he understands that a new
permit will need to be purchased. We have completed the installation of the gas fireplace
and stub to BBQ which is all that is to be done at this time. Approx. 50' of new piping
was installed, and has been approved. At this time we are requesting a final inspection,
to be arranged with the homeowner, for the work that is complete.
