Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. 1.Please provide a demolition plan for TI space. Show locations of demolished walls and equipment. 2.Show the location(s) of accessible parking on site, including signage and striping. 3.Provide manufacturer specifications on the Oven at rear wall. What is the oven to be used for? A Type II exhaust hood will be required if the appliance produces heat, steam or products of combustion unless it meets one of the exceptions of IMC 507.2.2. 4.Provide manufacturer specifications on the dishwasher. This may require a Type II exhaust hood. 5.Show how mechanical ventilation will be provided to the space per VIAQ 304. 6.Provide piping plans for all new plumbing. The only existing plumbing in city records is for the restroom. Show piping plans for all other plumbing. 7.The alterations require accessibility upgrades per WAC 51.50 3409.7. On the plans clearly show that the exterior and interior accessible route of travel complies with current code, or provide upgrades per the previously referenced section. If you choose to use exception #1 of that section, provide a letter stamped and signed by the architect (reference the code exception), stating the project cost, 20% of the project cost, and list the upgrades that will be done as part of this permit as well as showing that the total cost of the upgrades is at least 20%. Please be aware that the existing restroom fixture layout does not meet current ANSI 117.1 standards. 8.Please provide a copy of the Snohomish County Health Department review letter. All pertinent items from this letter must be shown on the resubmitted plans.
