During a cursory review of the new permit application received on Friday, 9/19/2008 for
the subject building, we found that the application is incomplete. The application will not
be routed for review until a complete application has been received. The architectural
plans, structural calculations, and a letter from your design professional (Chris
Covington) noting the changes to the plans (architectural and structural) required under
the 2006 codes must still be provided, as noted in my e-mail dated 81712008.
As noted in my e-mail dated 911012008, we received a citizen's complaint that the
property is not secured from entry. You are hereby on notice that the building must be
immediately secured from entry until the new building permit is issued authorizing work
to recommence on the building.
