Project Address: 22047 98`x' PI W.
During a preliminary review of the plans submitted for the above noted project, it was found that the
plans provided are inadequate to perform a plan review. Please submit a complete set of documents
to a Permit Coordinator.
The city has a handout labeled "Accessory Structure Submittal Requirements", which you should
find very helpful in explaining the minimum document requirements. This is also available online.
The documents for the plan review should include the following:
1. General notes.
2. Foundation Plan and Details.
3. Construction and Section Details
4. Floor Plan
5. Elevation Views
b. Height Calculations
7. Structural engineering including both lateral and gravity analysis. This needs to ba performed
by a registered design. professional (architect or engineer, or both) licensed to work in
"Washington State.
8. If the space is going to be heated, complete the Energy and Ventilation Code Worksheet.
