During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
1.We received your structural calculations for the shore side structure modifications, however
in addition to these we need calculations and construction details for the ramp itself, the
ramp connection to the structure, and for the addition of floatation units to the off shore
dock. Please include all necessary details in the plans.
