During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
The following comments pertain to both of the above listed permits.
1.Please modify the plans to indicate clearly which space/unit this permit pertains to.
2. Indicate on the plans that this is a change of use (from M to B, or other, as proposed).
3. Please modify or delete the note on the Basement plan that says This entire level is M
occupancy.
