During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found
on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit Coordinator. Thank
you.
1.Provide exhaust air in approximately the same quantity as the outdoor air supplied. Show on the
plans that the exhaust is at least 10 feet away from the mechanical air intake. IMC 403.1, 403.2.1
and 501.2
