The City ol'UAmonds Engineering Division has agreed to allow you to replace only one sidewalk panel
instead of the three panels and the paved landscape strip at this time. All three panels and the landscape
strip will be re -inspected on or around April 28, 2010 to verify that none of the panels and/or the
landscape strip has failed.
Please sign and data below that, in the event of sidewalk or landscape strip failure on or before April 28,
2010, you agree to replace the damaged panels and/or landscape strip. Please return the signed copy to
the City of F"dirionds, Engineering Division.
