The City is in receipt of your request to withdraw building permit application BLD20090141 for
an addition to your home. Per your request we will close out the building permit. Since work
was not started on this project after the permit was issued, you are eligible to receive a partial
refund in the amount of $1452.80 per ECDC 19.70.025 (the refund will be processed separately
and you should receive from the City Finance Department within two weeks).
