We received a letter from Marie Harrison on November 13, 200 8,, informing us the City
Council has approved a temporary ordinance which wouldallow for extension of permit
applications for an additional year. Hor letter could not have: been more Nvelconic!
We have already spent a lot of time and money on the prqicct referenced above, but economic
conditions have made it impossible for us to begin construction anytime soon. Therefore we
are requesting an extension on on Out* permit application for an additional year,
