waiver of the required progress inspection in order to renew the above referenced permit
for a second year..
The required progress inspection is hereby waived in accordance with Ordinance 3726
and permits may be renewed for a second year for one-half the original building permit
fee. Since the permit expiration date of October 24, 2009 falls on a Saturday, please
remit renewal fees before 4:00 pm, Monday, October 26, 2009,
