AE.SI arrived on, site to observe progress on the proposed building pad and examine the erosion control measures.
Building Foundation
The contractor has excavated out the augercast piles and the footprints of the footings and the grade beams. They have begun
forming and placing steel in preparation for concrete placernent in the northern most condo structure.
Erosion
The contractor has a small section in the northwest corner of the site where the slope to the neighboring property is over -
steepened. This section along with all the other slopes have been covered with plastic and no significant changes in the slope
conditions were noted since our last site visit.
