During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
This is not a complete review as the plans are not complete.
1.Show sizes and materials for gas piping, and show meter location so that line lengths can be
determined.
2.Show pipe sizes for water supply piping. Include line to toilet. Show point of connection.
3.Show pipe sizes and layout for drain waste and vent system. If portions are existing, please
call this out. Include grease trap location and associated drains and venting.
4.Backflow prevention devices are required on the dishwasher, and at the ice machine, coffee
maker and beverage dispenser where connected directly to the potable water supply. Indicate
the appropriate device for each application.
5.Indicate the location and backflow prevention device for premise isolation.
