Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit Coordinator. Thank you. 1.In order to achieve adequate fire separation distance, the new structure (shed) must be non- combustible and located at least 10 feet from the existing building and from property lines. Please show the distances on the site plan. Also, provide new drawings and details for the revised structure. IBC Table 602 2.It is understood that the smoker unit is not listed and labeled as an approved cooking appliance. Minimum clearances for this unit shall be determined and approved by the Fire Marshal. 3.In reviewing the plans provided for the wood structure, a number of deficiencies were noted in the design and details provided. Since it is unlikely a wood structure will be built, those deficiencies are not listed here. 4.Please provide a description of how the space within Suite E will be used (office, customer area, seating/dining, what type of food processing). Indicate these uses on the floor plan as appropriate. 5.Please clarify if any changes to plumbing fixtures or piping are proposed inside Unit E.
