Dear Mark & Jeannie Jansen,
I know you were interested in getting a copy of your Single Family project that was never started
and had expired. On all issued permits we keep the City copy of plans until they go through our
purging process. If you no longer have your Applicant Copy of the plans you could fill out a
request for Public Record and come into the City and Request copies of the City Plan Set. It is
$5.00 per sheet for plan copies, .15 per page for 8 1/2 X 11 copies. I have enclosed a Request
for Public Record if you chose to get copies of the plans.
