Regarding Permit Number BLD 2010 0445
Dear Ms. Machuga:
I am writing as agent and property manager on behalf of The Landing, owner of a
commercial building located at 300 Admiral Way in Edmonds to confirm a couple of
items relating to our application to re -roof the metal portion of the roof at the property.
I can confirm that the pitch of the roof and the roof structure will not change. We are
not adding on to the roof in any way. Instead we are replacing the existing metal roof
panels with new metal roof panels. We are also replacing the existing gutters.
We have supplied a sample of the metal roof panels that we will be using. We would
sure like to start this project next week so we can take advantage of our summer
weather. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions about this project.
