Edmonds, WA 98020 RE: FINAL PROJECT APPROVAL PERMIT #20080463 20080464 20080465 Leif, I am writing to address a requirement on the subject permits. There is a requirement noted on these permits that a Building Enclosure Inspection letter is required by final inspection. Per RCW 64.55.010 (6) (a) "A multiunit residential building means "A building containing more than two attached dwelling units,". It is my understanding that the developer never intended for this RCW to apply to this project and that is one of the reasons why they had 3 separate permits issued — for each building to be considered a duplex. These are not "multi unit" residential buildings and therefore the enclosure inspection letter requirement does not pertain to this project. I appreciate your prompt response in replying to my request that this requirement be removed for final approval. ' Sincerely, Duane Landsverk President
