According to Building Division records, the above referenced permits will expire on
January 30, 2011..Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 19.00.005.6.c.
states the maxim>un amount of time any building permit may be extended shall be a total
of three (3) years. Fees for the third and final year are based on the number of remaining
inspections. If you wish to extend your permits for a final year, the total fees due prior to
expiration are $660.00.
If your project is complete, please call prior to expiration for a final engineering and a
final building inspection.
Note: Building permit fees and time frames are established by the Edmonds Community
Development Code and cannot be waived by the Building Official. If you do not receive
your final or do not renew your permit prior to the expiration date, all fees and a new
permit application are required.
