bN20110239. We will need a letter from the President of the Home Owners Association stating work is less than 5% of
the building valuation nnitianot considered Rehabilitative Construction.
Also, if you plan on staging a dumpater in the City hght-nf+way, you will need to contact our engineering department
regarding aROW permits, You will also need to let our engineering department know if you plan to close the sidewalk,
and length oftime ofclosure. I have cc'd JoAnne Zulauf in our engineering department, she will be able to help You with
that, The pert -nit fee is $851.50.
