During a review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications, or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, cloud all changes on the revised plans, and submit the revised
plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. New plans or pages incorporating the items noted in the
review comments can also be submitted. Thank you.
1.Please provide the construction details (footings, framing, etc.), with dimensions, for the
covered porch at the front of the house per the plan review comments of September 26,
2011.
2.If the deck is constructed per the provided structural plans and supporting calculations, it
will not meet the Planning Division requirements/limitations regarding this project. Please
provide the updated elevation, deck and roof framing plans, and a plan view (pages 4, 7, 8,
& 9), along with supporting structural calculations, that will reflect that of the proposal
shown on the plot plan resubmitted to the Planning Division on March 8, 2012.
Please note that any code deficiencies found during a review of the resubmittal may result in
additional review comments.
