During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Linda Thornquist, Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
1.The trench drain may not discharge into the footing drain. Please provide a tightline for this
area drain and show where it will terminate.
What is the purpose of the trench drain? Since it is shown on the uphill portion of the
walkway and is to be located under the roof line, it seems unlikely that it will serve to
collect much if any ground water. Please clarify.
