During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
1.Please show on the plans individual drain systems for those fixtures draining to the grease
interceptor and those draining directly to the sanitary sewer. As per comments from Jon
Lein, Wastewater Treatment reviewer, given during review of the TI permit, connect the 3
compartment sink and the mop sink to the GI, and route everything else to the sanitary
sewer.
Note that under plumbing permit 2011-0660, building sewer stubs have been approved to be
installed serving suites C and D.
