I hereby certify that the elevation of the highest point of the roof ridge of the recently
constructed residence located at 227 2nd Ave N., Edmonds Washington, AKA.
Snohomish County Tax Parcel Number 00434401100500 is 79.43 feet,
The elevation stated above is based on the existing railroad spike set in the easterly
face of the utility pole at the northwesterly corner of the site as shown on the site plan
provided by the client, identifying the maxium roof height as 79.6 feet, The elevation of
said railroad spike being 56.62 feet
I trust that this will satisfy any question regarding the roof height of the above
referenced residence.
