Marie, thank you for your assistance. At this time, we propose to modify the Permit Application in such a way as to
replace the single existing sign on 7th Avenue per the present sign ordinance and proceed with the replacement of the
other two freestanding signs per our Land Use Application and the cover letter to the Architectural Design Board dated
yesterday, 23 April 2012.
