During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit
Coordinator.
1.Please provide the weight of the Envisor equipment screens and framework for each RTU. If
the cumulative weight of an RTU and its associated screening exceeds 400 pounds, provide
seismic attachment calculations and details for the RTU stamped and signed by a
Washington State licensed professional engineer. The details must show attachments from
the curb to roof as well as the unit to curb.
