During a review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, cloud all changes on the revised plans, and submit the revised
plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. Thank you.
On revised page 4/5:
1.Indicate on the plans the means to be used to support the west end of the 5-1/4x11-7/8 PSL
supporting the girder truss over the bow window in the Master Bedroom. During a site visit
it was determined that the exterior walls of the Master Suite appeared to be constructed on
an existing slab, with no supporting foundation.
2.Indicate on the plans the means to be used to support the south end of the girder truss over
the east side of the Master Bedroom/Bathroom. During a site visit it was determined that the
exterior walls of the Master Suite appeared to be constructed on an existing slab, with no
supporting foundation.
