The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the above referenced permit application
will expired October 9, 2012. According to Edmonds Community Development Code
Chapter 19.00.005(A)(5), applications are only valid for a period of 180 days unless a
written request for extension is submitted to the Building Official.
Please be advised, once a permit application expires, the application materials and plans
on file with the City will be destroyed within ten working days. Also, if you wish to
pursue the project in the future a new permit application and new fees will be required.
