clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be
found on the plans, cloud all changes on the revised plans, and submit the revised plans/documents to a
Permit Coordinator. Thank you.
The following items must be submitted to a Permit Coordinator prior to permit issuance:
1.A City of Edmonds Special Inspection and Testing Agreement for the following work:

2.Two (2) copies of an updated page 6 of the architectural drawings reflecting the changes made
on architectural page 2 and structural pages S2, S3 and S4 to guide proper construction and
inspection.
