In response to your January 28, 2013 letter I respectfully request an extension to our
subject permit application. We are in contact with our architect to revise our plans
consistent with the information provided by Gina Janieck of the Edmonds Planning
Department in December 2012. Based on his schedule, he expects to be able to complete
our revised plans to submit to your department by March 29th. I would like to request an
extension to at least that time, but understand that we will then also need the time to
respond to any revisions required by your department and then to complete construction.
I therefore request an extension of the additional 180 days allowed as referenced in your
letter.
