This letter is being sent to you in response to the March 8`", 2013 letter from Marie Harrison, notifying me
of the pending expiration of my building permit application. I would like to request that the building
permit application review period be extended so that I can respond to the comments received from city
staff. I have been diligently working on responding to the multiple comment letters received from the city
with one comprehensive re -submittal package. I expect to have the revised plans, reports and other
documentation submitted to the city prior to the end of April, so that city may resume their review.
