Thanks for taking the time to come out to the house on Friday to get me up to speed on the deck
permit.
I have two questions:
I can't find the fee for the permit on the site. Can you tell me how much it is?
Also we didn't discuss it, but I noticed the paper work and the site talk about a Critical Areas
Checklist.
Do you need this as well? And is it really $155? (The form on the site has that listed on the 'fee'
line).
I don't understand why I would need this for a small deck in my back yard. Please let me know,

I never received the notice or saw it on the property.
