During a review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, cloud all changes on the revised plans, and submit the revised
plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. Thank you.
General note:
1.Indicate on the plans the method to be used to provide the required whole house ventilation
per M1508.
2.Indicate on the plans the type of construction to be used for the proposed patio and
patio/landing at each end of the Master Bedroom.
On pages A7 or A8:
3.Provide a reference on the plans to detail 1/A12 for the required construction of the egress
wells to guide proper construction and inspection.
On page A10:
4.Proposed North Elevation - Clarify the reference proposed retaining wall, see structural
and leader line pointing at the wall supporting the patio at the northwest side of the Master
Bedroom. There appears to be a detail on page S2.1 (10/S2.1) and calculations in the
provided structural calculations for the construction of a retaining wall, however no
reference is made or applicable location is given for either on the provided building plans.
On page A12:
5.Detail 1 Proposed Egress Well Sections Provide a reference on the plans to the
applicable structural detail for the required construction of the egress wells to guide proper
construction and inspection.
