This letter will serve as notification that the Seavue Association of Apartment
Owners are requesting building modifications, some of which require permits. This
action is being done with the Association's full knowledge and is directly on behalf
of the Association.
Mr. Jay Grant, an apartment owner number 200 at Seavue, will be leading this effort
on behalf of the Association and is authorized to act as our representative for this
process. Mr. David Barth, also an owner at Seavue, who resides at apartment 305,
will assist Mr. Grant.
