Also as to your specific mentioned items: Item 1: We acknowledge your information on the fire doors and will work with our architect to revise so our plans reflect this fact. Item 2: We acknowledge your information on the new and existing handrails for project 5 will work with our architect to revise our plans to reflect this requirement. Item 3: Seavue has endeavored to approach this building modification properly. We have used professional architects, engineers and envelope consultants as appropriate. Mr. Warlikowsiki's many concerns have been heard more than once and often specifically discussed with our professional advisors with no change in any of the outcomes. The Building Committee, who is authorized by the board to oversee this project is chaired by Jay Grant, who is also, other than myself, is the only person authorized to meet with the City on this issue. The Committee also has five additional members at this time, all who are all board members. In addition, although I am retired, I held professional engineering licenses in three states and hold a doctorate and masters in addition to my bachelors in electrical engineering.
