The valuation of the job contracted by Addicott Roofing Inc. totals $13,940 before tax. The
overall value of the 503 Condos is $1.1 million. The price of the reroof is less than 5% of the
overall value, therefore a building enclosure document is not required.
We understand that a building permit for a reroof has been applied for and agree to any
additional necessary items needed by the City of Edmonds to undergo/complete this project.
