information, clarifications, or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, cloud all changes on the revised plans, and submit the revised
plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. Thank you.
On page A-3 or A-4:
1.Indicate on the plans the location of the furnace and the water heater.
2.Indicate on the plans the means to be used to provide the required whole-house mechanical
ventilation per M1507.3.
On page A-5:
3.Foundation Plan Indicate on the plans the required size of the isolated footing below the
south end of Beam No. 1 to avoid scaling and to guide proper construction and
inspection.
