During a review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications, or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, cloud all changes on the revised plans, and submit the revised
plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. Thank you.
On page 2:
1.Indicate on the plans the required beam to support the load over the window added in the
master bathroom. Provide roof framing details (stick-framed rafters or manufactured full-
span trusses, ceiling joists, etc.) and the span of the structure used in determining the beam
size.
2.Indicate on the plans the required beam to support the load over the window enlarged in the
master bedroom. Provide roof framing details (stick-framed rafters or manufactured full-
span trusses, ceiling joists, etc.) and the span of the structure used in determining the beam
size.
3.Provide a detail for the construction of the replacement deck guards. The design shall meet
the requirements of R312 (minimum 36 inches above the walking surface, restrict the
passage of a 4 inch sphere, etc.).
