Project: McDonaldÂ’s Monument Sign
Project Address: 10124 Edmonds Way
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be
found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a permit coordinator in the Development
Services Department. Thank you.
1.Engineer of Record, please clarify the size and spacing of the footing reinforcement and
provide this information on Drawing 1. Normally, proper construction and inspection
could occur given the backup information in the calculations; however, it is unclear in the
calculations which size and spacing to use for the reinforcement.
2.Engineer of Record, please clarify the required strength of the concrete. There is
conflicting information within the calcs and Drawing 1 showing both 2500 and 3000 psi
concrete.
