The following are the locations of corrections requested by the you. They are
numbered the same as the original.
General
1. Title has been revised.
2. Sidewalk has been removed.
3. Driveway entrance has been changed to 24' .
a. Landscape area has been added between road & extend driveway.
1. Sewer has been labeled new.
2. CO Note has been moved.
3. Cleanout has been moved so it is within 2' of the house.
4. Sewer line has been moved 10' away from waterline.
Water
1. Note added that water line is new.
2. Pipe material & tracer wire noted.
3. Sewer line has been moved 10' away from waterline.
1. Cut & cap note has been added.

3. Impervious surface calculations have been revised.

5.26' long strip drain has been added to end of driveway to catch water.

1. All dry utilities have been added with a note to be min 3' separation.
