I am submitting revised plans today along with this letter to provide additional explanation of how your comments were addressed. First, you raised a question about the added asphalt to the north of the permitted driveway (BLD2001068), and extending into the right -off -way. The asphalt to the north of the permitted driveway was authorized under the same permit and approved in the field. I am enclosing a copy of the receipt for the asphalt installation (8/26/02) and the site inspection card from the project, which includes the sign off of the engineering department (9/5/02). The additional asphalt in the right-of-way adjacent to this north patch was installed later following a verbal conversation with an inspector. Second, the new plan is revised to include all new surfaces, categorized by type, those mitigated and un -mitigated. My understanding is that the total square footage for the un- mitigated surfaces does not exceed the threshold requiring additional mitigation. Third, I am enclosing the Site Classification Worksheet. I believe these revised plans and supporting documentation respond to your comments.
