During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that
the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review cannot be
performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the
clouded or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted
to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may
result in additional comments.
General Note:
1.Provide information for the hair traps to be installed at the head sinks per the tenant. The
traps must be UPC/IAPMO listed.
2.Provide information verifying compliance with ASME 112.18.1/CSA B125.1 for the faucets
and fixture fittings with hose connected outlets on the head sinks per UPC 417.4.
On sheets 1 and 2:
3.Indicate on the plans the waste and vent for the required drinking fountain located in the
north walkway between Studio 17 and Studio 18.
On sheets 3 and 4:
4.Indicate on the plans the water supply for the required drinking fountain located in the north
walkway between Studio 17 and Studio 18.
